Rich, dark and delicious, espresso is the MVP of all of your favorite coffee drinks. It is delicious served with whipped cream (Cafe Con Panna), or milk foam (Macchiato), or… well, let’s face it, it’s just delicious, on it’s own or in a coffee drink. You could go out and spend over a thousand dollars on an espresso maker, or you could watch Bob show you the “cheater’s method” to making your own at home with inexpensive equipment (around $20), and not a lot of fuss. He takes you through a few “tricks of the trade,” too, to making your perfect cup using the Bialetti 3 Cup Moka Express.

There are some fun bloopers in this episode… Tilly makes an appearance off camera. Man, she’s a noisy drinker. And see if you can catch where Bob should have said “milk” when he said coffee instead.
