Bean Basics S2 E1: Germany vs. Austria

I’m not a sports-mad kind of girl, but even I have missed watching a well-fought, well-played match up between two worthy competitors. So, Bob and I made up our own.

You can find coffee drinks as a sweet treat all over the world. Every country, every culture puts their own spin on it. In the spirit of the great European soccer matches, we decided to “pit” Germany’s Eiskaffee (an afternoon delight with ice cream) against the eponymous Austrian version, Iced Viennesse Coffee with it’s delicious whipped cream.

Both start Iced Coffee. We make ours with a Chemex.

So who came out on top? You’ve got to watch to find out. Spoiler alert, though… Bob is half German. He might be a little biased.
